Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Yeeyoo. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.
1. The service
Yeeyoo is an AI marketing platform operated by Basecap AS, a company registered in Norway. It helps you plan, generate, approve, schedule and publish social media content. Where you connect a third-party account — such as a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account — Yeeyoo publishes on your behalf, and only content you have approved.
Content is generated by large language models and image models. It can be inaccurate, generic or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every post before it is published, and the approval step exists for exactly that reason.
We develop the service continuously. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. We will give you reasonable notice before removing a feature your paid plan depends on.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You keep ownership of the content you upload and of the content generated for you, subject to the rights of the model providers under their own terms. You grant us the licence we need to store, process and publish that content for you.
- You must have the right to use any brand, trademark, image or text you upload, and the right to administer any account you connect.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Yeeyoo to:
- send spam, post repetitive or deceptive content, operate fake engagement, or otherwise use automation in a way the destination platform prohibits;
- publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
- circumvent rate limits, reverse engineer the service, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide;
- breach the terms of a connected platform. In particular, when you publish to Facebook or Instagram you must comply with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Community Standards. We may suspend publishing to a connected account if Meta tells us it is being misused.
4. Payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe or — for customers in Norway — Vipps. We do not store your card details; the payment provider does.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Cancel at any time from Settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added where applicable.
- Fees already paid are not refunded for a partial period, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to a refund.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
5. Termination
You may stop using Yeeyoo and delete your account at any time — see Delete your data. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your use threatens the security or stability of the service, if payment fails and is not remedied, or if we are required to do so by law or by a platform we depend on. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
On termination your right to use the service ends. Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you delete your account.
6. Availability and disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that generated content will be accurate or fit for your purpose, or that a third-party platform will accept every post. Parts of the service depend on providers outside our control — Meta, our model providers, our hosting providers — and their outages or policy changes may affect it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or losses caused by content you approved for publication. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under Norwegian law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by e-mail or in the application at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Yeeyoo after that date means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before Oslo District Court as the agreed legal venue, without prejudice to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
