Delete your data
There are three ways to have your data removed from Yeeyoo. Any of them is enough — you do not need to do all three.
Option A — in Yeeyoo
- Disconnect a Meta account. Go to Dashboard → Connections → Disconnect. This removes the stored Facebook and Instagram access tokens immediately, along with the selected Page and Instagram account. Publishing to that account stops at once.
- Delete everything. Go to Settings → Delete account. This removes your account, your projects, your generated content and every connection belonging to it.
Option B — via Facebook
Open Facebook and go to Settings → Apps and Websites, find Yeeyoo in the list and choose Remove.
Facebook then calls our data deletion callback. All Meta data we hold for your user — access tokens, Page and Instagram identifiers, and the connection itself — is deleted within 24 hours. Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link back to this page so you can verify that the deletion went through.
Option C — by e-mail
Write to privacy@yeeyoo.ai and include the confirmation code Facebook showed you (or, if you do not have one, the e-mail address on your Yeeyoo account). We will confirm the deletion in writing within 30 days.
Check the status of a request
If you removed Yeeyoo on Facebook, enter the confirmation code it gave you to see where your deletion request stands.
What is not deleted
Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires, because we are not permitted to delete them earlier. Everything else is covered by the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
